Foreign National Program Documents Checklist
We are here to guide you through the application process for our Foreign National Program. To streamline the process and help you secure your investment we will work together in gathering the following documents:
Passport and Visa: Include a copy of your current signed passport and USA visa.
Proof of Residence: Provide proof of residence in your country of origin, like an utility bill (water, cable, telephone, electricity, etc.).
Income Verification in The Country of Origin
For Self-Employed Borrowers: Accountant’s Income Letter. This should be accompanied by a copy of the CPA License, indicating the length of business ownership and income details for the current year as well as the past two years.
For Salaried Borrowers:Employer’s Income Letter. This letter should certify your employment duration, position, monthly and annual income over the last 2 years, and the current year-to-date income.
Assets Verification and Credit References
Two Bank Reference Letters: These should indicate the account number, type of account, and state that the relationship has been satisfactory.
Bank Statements: Provide the two most recent statements for each bank account owned in the US or in other Countries.
